I've been working under the IBEW Local 613 agreement since 2015, and what I've learned firsthand is that our Union brothers and sisters have representation when it comes to their workplace, insurance and retirement, but have no one on their side when it comes to what is arguably a bigger investment than their retirement fund and pension.
